Audiologist Wanted for Hearing Care in Region Gotland

Hearing Care
The Hearing Care unit is part of the communication unit, which also includes the Got-IT resource center, the vision center, and the interpreting center.
We have a great collaboration between the operations regarding our shared patients.
At the hearing care unit, there is currently a wonderful team of employees with high competence and long experience; audiologists, social workers, vision/hearing instructors, secretaries, and technicians.
We are now looking for an audiologist colleague who wants to work with us and be involved in developing and improving the operations of the Hearing Care unit.
Your Responsibilities
The audiologists at the Hearing Care unit in Gotland work with the entire rehabilitation process, from initial visits with hearing tests to fitting and evaluation of hearing aids and technical aids. The work consists of both educational and technical interventions.
In your daily work, you will meet adult patients of all ages with various types and degrees of hearing impairment.
Who Are You?
You are a licensed audiologist. Knowledge and familiarity with current hearing aids according to agreements are advantageous.
You should have good knowledge in both hearing assessment and rehabilitation. You should have good collaboration skills, enjoy working in a team, and be able to work independently.
Great importance is placed on personal suitability.
Before a hiring decision is made, a background check will be conducted through an extract from the criminal record.
